7. Community Guidelines (Discord)

To maintain a respectful and productive learning environment, all members must follow these rules:

• Respect all members and moderators
• Do not share paid content outside the community
• No self-promotion or advertising unless explicitly permitted

Violation of these rules may lead to immediate removal from the Discord server without refund.

9. Rights of Admission and Removal

SAU Holdings reserves the sole discretion to grant, deny, or revoke membership access at any time, without prior notice or explanation. All rights of admission and continued participation remain solely with SAU Holdings.

10. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital and educational nature of the mentorship content, no refunds will be provided once access has been granted.

11. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.

12. Clarification on Online Gaming
